Sponsorship Opportunities

The Gulf Coast Symphony is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. While ticket proceeds certainly go a long way toward supporting us, sponsorships and other donations help us go even further!

Your sponsorship helps keep our concerts affordable, enables us to bring in high-caliber guest artists, and allows us to offer educational and outreach programs throughout our community.

We have a number of standard sponsorship types, but would be happy to discuss other opportunities with you in order to meet your goals in supporting the arts in our community.

Season Sponsor ($25,000+)

With our current season well under way, we invite you to consider sponsoring our upcoming 2013–2014 season, in order to take full advantage of all the Season Sponsor benefits:

  • Naming opportunity, which includes incorporation of your corporate logo into our Symphonic Sensations brand
  • Up to 80 complimentary tickets (best seats in the house!)
  • 20 tickets to our Champagne & Chocolate Reception prior to one of our pops concerts (date TBD)
  • Opportunity for a private tour of the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall
  • Post-concert reception with guest artists after all concerts for you and your guests
  • GCS will coordinate for one of our smaller musical ensembles to perform at one of your functions

Your name and logo will be included in GCS advertising:

  • GCS Season Brochure (100,000 printed)
  • BBMann Season Brochure (365,000 printed)
  • GCS newsletters and concert posters
  • Lobby display on request
  • Back or inside cover, full-page, *color* advertisement in all concert programs
  • On-stage acknowledgment by the GCS conductor
  • Listing on the Barbara B. Mann marquee as season sponsor, if available
  • Listing on the GCS website with a link to your website
  • Listing in concert programs as a Symphony Sponsor
  • Listing in local newspapers appreciation ad at the end of the concert season
  • Listing and logo on all print and television advertising
  • Regular mention in GCS ongoing social media campaigns

Concert Sponsor ($10,000–$14,000)

  • Up to 40 complimentary tickets (best seats in the house!)
  • Opportunity to meet the guest artists, conductor, and musicians
  • Post-concert reception with guest artists for you and your guests
  • Opportunity for a private tour of the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall

Your name and logo will be included in GCS print advertising as follows:

  • GCS Season Brochure (100,000 printed)
  • BBMann Season Brochure (365,000 printed)
  • GCS newsletters and concert posters
  • Lobby display on request
  • Full-page *color* advertisement in all concert programs
  • On-stage acknowledgment from GCS conductor on the evening of the sponsored concert
  • Listing on the Barbara B. Mann marquee as concert sponsor, if available
  • Listing on the GCS website with a link to your website
  • Listing in concert programs as a Concert Sponsor
  • Listing in local newspapers appreciation ad at the end of the concert season
  • Listing and logo on all print and television advertising

Guest Artist Sponsor ($4,000–$7,500)

  • Up to 20 complimentary tickets (best seats in the house!)
  • Opportunity to meet the guest artists, conductor, and musicians
  • Post-concert reception invitation
